Gastropod
Megastomia eutropia
- Group: Other
This small snail belongs to a family of parasites that live off other animals. Most pyramidellids latch onto worms and molluscs, pierce the host's skin with a needle like mouthpart, and suck out its body fluids, and this intertidal species follows the same way of life.
