The dorab wolf herring is a long compressed predator armed with fanglike teeth, slashing through schools of herring, anchovies and other small fish. It works inshore and brackish water down to around a hundred and twenty metres and can reach a full metre. Despite the size it stays slim and silver, more blade than bulk.
