Black Sea Salmon

A close relative of the brown trout, the Black Sea salmon runs between sea and river, with some forms staying year round in cold fast streams. It hugs the coast down to about 50 metres before migrating up to spawn in autumn and winter, and reaches around eighty centimetres.
