Rofen's Rockskipper

Entomacrodus rofeni

Rofen's Rockskipper

A tiny blenny of exposed rocky shores, it clings to wave battered surfaces where few other fish can hold on. The female sticks her eggs to rock on a small adhesive pedestal, and the hatchling larvae drift off into shallow coastal water before settling.
