Vachelli's Glass Perchlet

A tiny, almost see through perchlet of brackish bays, estuaries and tidal mangrove creeks, this fish sometimes pushes up into fresh water. It moves through both still and flowing waters and grows to barely seven centimetres. Like other glassfish its skeleton shows clearly through the body.
