Famous for its temper, the sarcastic fringehead lives tucked inside empty shells, burrows and bottles, defending its home fiercely. When two of them meet, each throws open an enormous, gaping mouth and presses it against the other like a contest of who is bigger. It is small but startlingly aggressive.
